1. Pre-orders
From time to time, certain products are offered on pre-order. If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will only ship once the pre-order stock has arrived. Current estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will always be noted on the product page (for example: 2026 diaries and planners will begin shipping from 27 November 2025). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
2. Order Processing Time (When there are no Pre-orders)
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer shipping throughout South Africa. Delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Outlying Areas: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and postal delays.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on your location:
- Major Cities: Standard shipping rates apply.
- Outlying Areas: Additional charges may apply based on the delivery address.
You will see the shipping cost during checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@just-peachy.co.za for assistance.
However, if you receive a defective product or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your item at info@just-peachy.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
